RESCHEDULING POLICY

This policy exists to ensure consistency, quality of service, and sustainability for all involved. Clear expectations allow sessions and services to be productive, respectful, and well-supported.

Priestess Amethyst is committed to showing up fully present and prepared for every session and engagement. On occasion, maintaining this standard may require a schedule adjustment. When that happens, rescheduling is used as a professional quality-control measure, not as a disruption or inconvenience.

Client-Initiated Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule with at least 24 hours notice whenever possible.
Rescheduling requests made with appropriate notice will be accommodated without penalty.
Late rescheduling or missed appointments may be subject to a fee or forfeiture, unless otherwise discussed.

Specific details related to fees or session credits will be outlined in individual service agreements.

Provider-Initiated Rescheduling

On rare occasions, I may need to reschedule a session to maintain service quality or due to unforeseen circumstances.
When this occurs, I will communicate promptly and offer alternative dates or times.
No sessions will be forfeited due to provider-initiated rescheduling.

This approach ensures that all sessions take place under conditions that support clarity, focus, and effectiveness.

How Rescheduling Works

Rescheduling requests will be communicated via the primary contact method established at booking.
New availability will be offered as soon as possible.
Sessions are typically rescheduled within the same service period whenever feasible.
Rescheduling is a normal part of maintaining a sustainable, long-term working relationship, which we hope to have with you, the client.
Clear communication and mutual respect are expected from both parties.

Cancellations

Cancellations with appropriate notice will be handled in accordance with the specific service agreement. Please see separate cancellation policy.
If ongoing services are cancelled entirely by Priestess Amethyst, remaining sessions or deliverables will be addressed based on the terms of the original agreement.
